Refined Holistics Studios is a London-based fitness studio that doesn't just offer their classes for the body, but also for the mind. The studio was looking for its online identity and a strategy to attract new members. This holistic approach to wellness resonated with me so creating content for them was an easy task. I analysed the competitors and worked out a SWOT analysis. From there, I researched content that would appeal to their target audience and worked out a shooting plan for the one day. The examples above are some of the videos that were created as part of this.
