THE BRIEF
The Natasha Research Foundation was founded following the tragic death of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, that could have been avoided if the food labelling was clear and laws and legislations were in place to protect people with severe food allergies. Through campaigning and raising awareness the foundation has successfully funded pivotal allergy research, and continue to do so to strive to end allergic diseases within our lifetime. A film was needed to raise awareness to the general public and potential donors.
MY ROLE
I began with assisting the producer in researching ways to tell the story. On set, I was responsible for time coding and got to do an initial pass at producing the edit, which included drafting the first version of the script and sitting in with the editor to create the narrative. Throughout the process, I maintained clear communication with the client, ensuring their vision was realised and facilitating any necessary revisions for different events the film would be showcased.
